1. What we collect

When you place an order we collect only what we need to fulfil it and comply with the law:

• Name and delivery address (to ship your bullion)
• Email address (to contact you about your order)
• Order reference and details (products, quantity, amount paid)
• Crypto payment transaction reference (to match your payment on-chain)

We do not collect payment card details — payments are made in cryptocurrency directly from your wallet to our published wallet address.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver your order
• To confirm your payment on-chain
• To comply with our anti-money-laundering and tax record-keeping obligations (UK law)
• To respond to your enquiries

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
• We do not store data outside the UK/EU.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Our bullion supplier and couriers — name and delivery address, only to ship your order.
• Public blockchain networks — your payment transaction is public by design of the blockchain; your identity is not linked to it by us.
• Authorities — where legally required (e.g. AML or tax obligations).

5. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records (including the personal data they contain) are retained for at least 5 years to satisfy UK AML and tax record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Orders are stored on our server, protected by access controls. No paper copies are kept.

8. Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. A local-storage cart (stored only in your own browser) and an optional admin sign-in cookie are used for functionality only.
